How do we work?
Online ordering Register WHOLESALE
The simplest way to make an order is to register for a wholesale account online. This way you can view our whole wholesale catalog with prices online. To do this simply click on the login button at the top of the website and fill in the form. Once you have filled in your company information we aim to approve your account within 24 hours, or within 2 hours Monday to Friday, between 9-5. Until your account is approved you will still be able to login to your account but will be unable to view prices.

All our prices on the website are not including VAT. Spanish VAT (21% for seeds) will be added to your order if you are a company in the Spain , or if you are a company in the EU and not registered for VAT. If you are a company in the EU and have a valid international VAT number then VAT will be deducted. VAT will also be deducted for countries outside the EU.
We ship our orders with either UPS. All packages include insurance with track and trace. The cost of shipping will be calculated according to the size and weight of your shipment, and we will usually give you a choice of services to choose from. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our warehouse afterwards payment has been received.
If for any reason you change your mind and would like to return your purchases, you may do so within 30 days. Please notify us first, and as long as the items are in the same condition as they were received, we will give you a full refund for the goods. However, the cost of shipping will be met by the buyer. We always try to ensure we supply only the best quality goods, and work with our suppliers and factories to ensure high standards are maintained and quality controls are being carried out. However, in the event you discover a fault or defect with any goods bought from us then please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the matter. Ideally take some pictures of the goods to show us. We will of course refund any items found to be faulty, plus the cost of shipment to return it.
